From the moment your reservation is completed, you will be assigned to your personal English/Spanish speaking Villa Host who will assist you with all your pre-arrival arrangements from meal planning to organizing activities and transportation, finding special requests or help planning your dream vacation. Our Villa Host will answer any questions you may have about the villa itself or the surroundings.

Your Host will welcome and assist you and your group with settling into Villa Aqua and will make sure that your vacation begins as quickly as possible, taking care of all your villa needs.

Villa Aqua Host can give you guidance on the best restaurants, activities, guides and drivers. We can help you with water sports, fishing, boat charters, and suggest 1000 ideas to keep the children smiling, from zip-lining to kayaking. We want to share all that Mexico has to offer, including its unique culture, food, spectacular history and natural sites, to help you make the most of your Riviera Maya vacation.

At Villa Aqua we know meals are a crucial element to the enjoyment of your Luxury Vacation Rental experience and for that reason as our value guest, you are provided with Professional Chef Service and a kitchen assistant for breakfast and lunch (8am to 4pm). Discover a variety of fresh fish, seafood, beef and chicken cooked with savory herbs, regional spices, fruits and vegetables that the Mexican Caribbean has to offer.

As many of our guests prefer to try all the dining options that Playa del Carmen has to offer, we do not include dinner service, but if you choose to stay home, we will be more than happy to serve any of the chef's specialties for an extra service fee.

From casual barbecues under the stars to epic dining experiences that include live music & entertainment, you will never regret of not going out!

Please take in mind that the food service provided is "Family Style" where everyone eats from the same menu. It is very important that you communicate your Villa Host and/or Chef about any food allergies, dietary restriction-preferences prior to your arrival in order to customize your meal preparations.

As we know how important it is for you to relax during your vacation, Villa Aqua provides daily housekeeping service to keep our guests' peace of mind.

These efficient and important members of our staff are there to meticulously attend to all your accommodation needs and they will make sure that the villa is spotless. Late afternoon turn down service is provided as well.

Laundry Service is offered for an extra fee. Dry Cleaning and press service is outsourced so take in mind it can take a couple of days to return your garments.
