RENTAL RATES




Rates do not include tax & fees: (16% + 6%)
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates are for the entire villa rental per night based on a double occupancy per room.
If need/rent less bedrooms, the vacant rooms will remain locked.
Maximum occupancy: 10 adults. (May accept up to 12 guests if there are children in the group or you accommodate on the beds provided)
No pets allowed.
No smoking inside property.

HOW TO RESERVE

Reservation Process

To place a reservation fill out our contact form whenever you feel ready.

  • As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you with availability and pricing.
  • Once you agree, we will place a hold in our calendar and send all the paperwork and payment instructions.
  • Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive your Rental Agreement filled and signed, together with copy of your ID and the receipt of the 50% deposit of the rental fee which should be made no more than 7 days after your booking request. The 50% balance of the rental must be paid 45 days prior to your check in date.
  • Damage deposit is paid in cash upon arrival at the Villa; if you prefer to put your Credit Card as damage guarantee, please fill out the proper information on your Rental Agreement and send a copy of your plastic (front and back) together with your ID.
  • For reservations made less than 45 days before arrival, we require full (100%) payment to confirm the booking.
  • Inland expenses such as transportation, tours, meals and other services must be paid in cash one day prior to your departure date.
